Both Oscar and Stacy were absolutely amazing. They guided us through the whole home buying process and although there were a few bumps on the road, they made sure that we had the best experience.

Oscar worked hard to ensure our offer would be accepted and we would be set to purchase our dream home. All while Stacy took care of all the documents needed for the loan. They both took their time to explain the whole process and all the documents both in English and in Spanish for my in-laws.

All in all we 100% recommend Rubio Realty for all your purchasing or selling needs.

Oscar is professional and down to earth. He really takes the time to explain the process and dealings. He understands buying or selling a home is one of the most important transactions a person makes in there life and that’s how Oscar treats it. With over 25 years experience, Oscar is there to answer your questions every step of the way. Don’t be caught up using a Agent service that has little experience and doesn’t take the time to address your individual needs. Would HIGHLY recommend Oscar.
