Owen Berkowitz

Owen Berkowitz, a Brooklyn native, has been a top producer and area leader in Westchester County since 2007, and his Berkowitz Marrone Team has consistently ranked in the very top tier of all teams. He is a Westchester real estate advisor and specialist who has closed countless transactions across New Rochelle, The Pelham's, Larchmont, Eastchester, Tuckahoe, Hastings, Irvington, West Harrison, Croton, Cortlandt Manor, Rye, Eastchester, Bronxville, Chappaqua, Armonk, Mount Vernon, White Plains, South Salem, Mahopac, City Island and beyond. A Westchester resident since the early 1990s, Owen and his wife raised their five sons in Pelham Manor and New Rochelle. Their children have attended school in Pelham, Larchmont, New Rochelle, and Dobbs Ferry, and Owen enjoys lasting connections to all those communities and beyond. He always sees the glass as more than half full and looks forward to working with you and for you on this journey into or out of your beloved home.
