I HIGHLY recommend Ozzie! He helped my husband and I buy our first home and clearly explained what can be an overwhelming process. When it was time to sell and buy our second home, he was the only one we reached out to. After my mother passed away, he, again, was our only choice for help in selling her house, and he made what could have been a very difficult and emotional time so much easier with his extensive knowledge, reliable communication, and kindness.

When my mother passed away, Ozzie helped us with the sale of her house. He was wonderful. The sale went through seemlessly. He walked us through everything and explained every step. We highly recommend Ozzie as a realtor. He helped me and husband buy our first home. Ozzie is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Being first time homebuyers was hard not knowing what to do but Ozzie was with us every step of the way. He kept us informed at all times, is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. He was always honest and helped us get the home we wanted. Despite there being multiple offers Ozzie got us the best deal! We are so happy with our first home and he still keeps us updated on refinancing and still is very patient with all of our first time homeowner questions. We would not work with anyone else besides Ozzie he is the best! We look forward to working with him in the future.

We wrote an offer and there were several other offers on the table but with Ozzie's expert negotiating experience he was able to get our offer accepted. He also got us a great deal on the loan.
