Wow! After working with several different realtors, I can say without a doubt that Pablo Hurtarte is THE BEST!

Everyone says that buying your first home is an incredibly stressful process, but thanks to Pablo, that was NOT the case for me! He made the whole process of buying my first home so much easier and faster than I could have ever imagined. I was so impressed with how on top of things he was. He was extremely knowledgeable, informative, and professional. He communicated well with me every step of the way and made sure that I was making the best decision for me and my family.

He managed to help me find everything that I dreamed of for my first home - and more! AND he even helped me to get a great deal despite house hunting in the midst of a "seller's market." He truly put me first and operated with integrity and honesty that is not often seen nowadays.

His skill and quick response led us to close on a property we wanted in record time before the holidays and with seller concessions in a seller’s market, something basically unheard of during this crazy market where buyers get little say in the deal. Pablo is also very patient and adept at not only hearing what the we wanted, but he also presented considerations for things we didn’t know we needed. In the end, we really benefited from this and moved into a property that all members of the family are happy with.
