Pablo made buying our first home a breeze. And it wasn't easy, dealing with an out of state, bank owned foreclosure, with no motivation to sell. Without Pablo's insight, we would have walked away from the mountain of hurtles in front of us. But, with our hearts set on this listing, Pablo did everything he could to ensure our offer looked the best and beat out (10) others! We will definitely be calling Pablo next time we are in the market to buy ...and now sell!

We would recommend Pablo to anyone to help them find their dream home. He was very dedicated and thorough in helping us with our home search. It is apparent that he truly enjoys what he does for a living. We always felt important, at the top of his list, as well as confident in his abilities to find us the right home. Pablo also has basic handy man skills that helped out in pointing out what to look for in a house's condition, as well as lending experience, which helped us in understanding our numbers.
