My wife and I just moved to California, and we're looking to buy our first home; since we didn't know much about the process, we were very apprehensive, but from the first talk to Pablo on the phone till the day we got our keys, Pablo made sure we were taking care of, he went to the inspections with us and made sure we understood everything. He walked step by step through the process, making sure we were never overwhelmed with too much information. We couldn't possibly recommend somebody more than we recommend Pablo!

I cannot say enough good things about Pablo Salazar. Pablo has helped me with two sales and two purchases, and he exceeds my very high expectations every time. He always goes above and beyond for his clients.

On the sale side he is amazing with assisting with staging a lived in home, getting me the most money for my sale, finding amazing buyers and keeping buyers happy even in turbulence. Pablo was able to get my home into contract within 24 hours, even though the house was very unique, needed extensive work, and had sat on the market for almost a year before I'd purchased it. Pablo is incredibly knowledge about market trends and is incredibly responsive.

On the purchase side he is great at getting a great deal, and helping me be realistic about my price range without compromising. Most recently and most impressively, he helped me get an offer approved for 10k less than the asking price even when the market is hot and competition is fierce. His communication skills with other agents and reading other agents is impeccable. He also was amazing at managing my (very high) anxiety around a complicated purchase.

Pablo is so honest and isn't just trying to make as much money he can off you, it's obvious through every step of the way that he genuinely wants you to get your dream home, and he's willing to go the extra mile to make it happen. I am incredibly distrustful, and Pablo has earned my trust in real estate time after time. You will not regret working with Pablo, wether it's a sale or a purchase, hes the best in Sacramento hands down. Now if I could just find a lender who impresses me as much as pablo then I'd be set 😅. I will definitely be going with Pablo for my next purchase down the line.

Pablo is amazing. He was totally on top of every step, making sure the process went efficiently, which can be really tricky when you’re selling one property to finance the purchase of another. He’s incredibly patient and detail oriented, and he negotiated great deals for both our sale and purchase, and helped smooth thing over with banks and title companies.

I highly recommend Pablo.

Pablo was thoughtful and considerate in taking extra time to get know what my family needed in our new home. Pablo isn't a one size fits all realtor. Throughout the home buying process, he was carefully attuned to learning exactly what we needed to make us happy.

Eventually, Pablo helped us find our dream home and submit a competitive offer. Due to Pablo's help, it was accepted!

As a first time homebuyer, he explained the whole process, negotiated on our behalf extensively, and made the process flow smoothly.

5 stars although I wish I could give more! He was responsible for us buying our home in Sacramento but when our selling agent in SF was having issues Pablo ended up being our go to guy on both ends of the deal. He definitely went way above and beyond in not only securing both deals but giving us piece of mind during some very nervous times. At the end of it all we felt like Pablo was part of our family!

Pablo was our agent for the recent purchase of our new home and we can't recommend Pablo enough! He was easy to communicate with, responsive, listened to our wants and needs, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. He even checked in on us while he was on vacation in Europe to make sure everything was moving along smoothly and all parties were communicating! He successfully negotiated an early close for our purchase so that we could close back to back with our sale, and made a late night trip to make sure we weren't delayed in receiving the keys to our new home. Where did this guy come from?! I love this guy! Pablo is top notch. I know he's got plenty of clients, but I always felt like I was the only one. I don't know how he does that. Does he sleep? Probably not. Working with Pablo, I've made offers on 3 houses. Every time, we got accepted and did so under asking price-- sometimes by shocking margins... all of these in a seller's market!

But if that's all I told you, you'd think it's about the money. It's not. Pablo was constantly looking to help me find a place that met my goals... even as they kept changing. He's a no-pressure guy who really works his butt off to make sure you get the best home you can afford.

I can't say enough. It's not just that he's a great realtor. He's a fantastic person who CARES. He's super-informed, taught me a bunch, and has a whole team of people helping you at every step of the way. I got my first home with Pablo, and I plan to get every home in the future with him. Even if I have to kidnap him and stuff him into the trunk of my car. (Don't worry. I'll return him when I'm done... and he could probably use the sleep anyway.)
