Pablo was a pleasure to have as my real estate agent. Pablo never left any questions unanswered and always responded promptly. Early morning texting, late night phone calls and emails; always positive and always cheerful. I have appreciated him for his knowledge, honesty, trustworthiness, integrity, and no pressure approach.

When I saw my listing I was blown away. His hard work and knowledge of the market and what it takes to sell a home really paid off. His pricing strategy and market research were very detailed and on point. My house went under contract in under 6 days, I had 28 showings and multiple offers, all above asking.

He’s a true professional and a genuinely nice guy. I think you’d be hard pressed to find a better realtor!

I was in search of a place for my parents to live in for over a year. Pablo worked hard at finding me the right place. He was so very patient with me. He showed me several places in a 10 mile radius and listened to every little detail of what was needed for them. He was very intuitive to our needs. He never gave up and kept looking until we finally found the perfect one. My parents are so happy in their new space. My experience with Pablo from start to finish was excellent. There were no problems. Everything went smoothly. No mistakes, no problems, no delays. He was hard working, well organized and extremely knowledgeable. He always kept on track, kept to the schedule and made sure every "i" was dotted and ever "t" was crossed. This is my third real estate purchase and I can honestly say this was my best experience.
