In this capacity, Paige actively represents tenants and buyers in negotiating and securing office, medical,retail, industrial sites and research & development sites. She represents building owners in negotiating leases and/or sales of their properties. In addition, she brokers commercial land and investment properties for buyers and sellers throughout Boulder County.

Prior to starting Acquire, Paige had been a senior broker with The Colorado Group of Boulder for 10 years and was a principal and director for 3 years. During her tenure with The Colorado Group, Paige was continually a top producing broker. Her dedication, and drive in the commercial real estate field have allowed her to acheive the designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) - an honor reserved for only a select number of commercial real estate practitioners nationwide.
