Paige is absolutely incredible! She's super knowledgeable about the market, how to assemble a great offer, and was there for us every step of the way. Through every moment of our house hunt and purchase, we felt like she was 100% in our court both in terms of finding the house that best fit us, as well as ensuring that we were working within a budget and neighborhood that made sense for our wants and needs.

During our work together, Paige was super generous with her time in educating us about what to expect, and how to prepare for a very competitive house hunt. She also put up with a ton of dad jokes along the way.

When we found our dream home, we knew it was going to be highly competitive. Paige meticulously helped us craft an incredible offer, while counseling us on every detail and what it meant. All we can really say is *listen to her* because when competing offers for the home we wanted only differed on minute details, it was our offer that won.

Paige was FANTASTIC. Hiring her to help me sell my home of 33 years and downsize to Tacoma was the smartest decision I made in the whole process. Her recommendations were tough - move out, make many repairs, competely change the cosmetics - but she was there with me every step of the way including helping me find contractors and helping me manage and negotiate with them. By following her advice, my house sold very quickly for significantly more than I ever thought possible. I was highly stressed and probably annoyingly needy throughout but she always treated me with patience and kindness as if I was her most important client.

Paige was able to transform our 100+ year old home and get it ready to sell under a pretty quick timeline. She really listened to us and gave us agency and empowerment when making decisions. We felt that she kept our priorities in mind during the process and took them on as her own.

Paige was absolutely amazing to work with — she was open, honest, communicative, realistic, prepared, knowledgeable, well-connected, and a hoot to spend time with. We secured our new home on our first offer, didn't pay a penny more than we were comfortable with, and that was down to her preparing us for and guiding us through the process so well. We closed in 21 days with the superb lender she recommended to us; there wasn't a ripple in the operation the whole way through. We plan to be in this house for a long time, but whenever it comes time to sell, we'll be delighted to bring Paige in to make that happen as well. From my first video chat with Paige I knew she was the right realtor for us. She was candid, firm, with a strong desire to win. All important attributes in the volitial Seattle housing market. She explained her tactics and what risks and rewards were involved. She was also incredibly patient when we took our time getting finances settled before we were ready to go house hunting.

I have nothing but good things to say about Paige! Me and my partner were first time home buyers and Paige taught us all about the process while also doing pretty much ALL the hard parts for us. She drove over an hour almost every day to show us new houses we were interested in without ever complaining. Paige provided excellent service, expert guidance, and went above and beyond to help us sell our home. We had a lot of questions, needed a ton of hand holding, and struggled to make decisions throughout the process. She was patient and professional the whole time. Her advice helped us properly position our home to maximize interest and eventual offers. She did a ton of work in the days before listing, including making informative talking point cards that she put up all over the property to direct potential buyers to unique features and benefits. She even helped us clean the day before listing when the person we had lined up cancelled due to a family emergency. She held four separate open houses in the first five days of being on the market. All this work culminated in us receiving multiple full price offers and selling for well over asking in just a week. It was a whirlwind and we couldn't have done it without her.
