Representing buyers and sellers for 17 years, I have the experience and know how to navigate through any transaction. I have experience listing and selling residential homes, income properties, commercial properties, condos, lofts, new construction, as well as trust sales, probates and short sales.
I have received the Five Star Real Estate Agent Award for Excellence in Client Service in the March Issue of The Los Angeles Magazine for the last 6 consecutive years. This is an honor which only 1% of the Realtors in the Los Angeles area receive. The award is a result of a survey by the magazine in which consumers evaluated real estate professionals on their performance in customer service, communication, marketing, integrity, negotiation, market knowledge, overall satisfaction and more. This was an important recognition for me because I pride myself on my ability to ensure my clients have peace of mind throughout the transaction process.
The majority of my business originates from referrals and repeat transactions, I am known for my attention to detail and high standards of personal integrity. I put my clients’ needs first and they know it. They continue to refer me to their friends and family, which is the biggest compliment. My intention is to keep my clients for a lifetime, so I do all that I can to make sure they are happy, that their investments are protected and that I negotiate the absolute best terms for any deal we do together, whether selling or buying.
