Recently my son shared with me his desire to purchase his first home. With no hesitation, I referred him to Pamela Batts-Brown with Keller Williams. Pamela was my realtor on the sale of my previous home and the purchase of my current home. As many have experienced, the housing market is extremely difficult to navigate to say the least, especially for a young first-time home buyer. Pamela has road map and tools to get you through the process, making it seem effortless. She exudes professionalism, patience, and perseverance. If purchasing a home is your goal, and you work with Pamela, there is no such thing as giving up or being overwhelmed. You don’t expect a realtor to care and believe in her client’s goals as if they are her own. These traits and characteristics are just a sample of what you will get when you work with her. Pamela is an all-around AMAZING person, whom I highly recommend. Simply put, Pamela is family. I am ecstatic and happy to report that my son closed on his home September 15, 2021. Our realtor, Our friend, Our Family! So many things to describe what Pamela has become to me and my family. She not only helps with finding you a new house or a residence to live. She finds you a home and keeps your best interest in mind. She'll guide you through the process to make it easy and make it feel as if home-buying should always be this easy. Once you work with Pam there is no other realtor you would want to work with. She truly is a GOD send and I thank GOD for sending her our way to help us through all of this. Pam will be there with you through the Highs and Lows to let you know it's ok, we're going to get through this. She never gives up on you and never gives you the feeling that your purchase, or your value doesn't matter because she values every relationship she develops with her clients. If you're lucky enough, she becomes more like family. Nine times out of ten if you are one of her clients, you're already 99% there. I could go all day about this wonderful and amazing person but one thing and the only thing you need to know is that You can't go wrong with Pamela Batts-Brown, cause Pam B Sellin (lol.....that's a little inside joke between us)!!!!

We have nothing but GREAT things to say about Pamela. She was instrumental to us in getting our first house together. She is the only realtor I would go to and trust with my business. She is very personable, patient, kind, helpful and will definitely tell you the upfront truth about what should be done. We didn’t even think we had a shot at getting anything until Pam took us under her wings and said 3 simple words, “I got you”. From then on we knew we had a REAL person and not a copycat, cookie cutter realtor. We were able to communicate to Pam what we were looking for and also sent her listings weekly; Pam was prompt in following up with the owners and/or property managers to schedule appointments, patiently accompanied us on viewings, gave us ample time to view and discuss the properties without pressure, and then negotiated on our behalf.
