Pam is very service-oriented. As a former teacher and trainer, she enjoys the process of walking clients through the buying and selling process and gains their trust easily. Her background taught her the value of doing her homework and being prepared as well as the importance of continued studies. She recently earned her professional designation as a Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI). The key to every successful transaction she says is effective communication between all parties. So, she dedicates herself to remaining in constant contact with clients informing and preparing them for each step from listing and contract to closing. She believes that real estate is one of the absolute best investments a family can make and as a 22-year resident of The Woodlands cannot imagine living or working anywhere else. She markets properties throughout Montgomery County including The Woodlands Lake Conroe and Conroe; but is equally at home showing and selling in Inner Loop Houston.
