I can not say enough good things about pam Jackson!
She was not just a real estate agent, she has become a trusted friend. Pam was a guide through the entire process of selling my condo and buying a new house. She was also my teacher, therapist and general sounding board for all of my concerns and issues.
I met Pam at an open house and knew right away that I wanted to work with her. Pam was always available to answer my questions and to give advise on ALL aspects of selling and buying. I don't think i was a difficult client at all, but the sale of my condo happened at the height of the pandemic and did take a long time as the inventory in my neighborhood was high, but Pam never gave up or showed any lack of enthusiasm, she was always encouraging and provided very good, constructive criticism. Honestly, if i had listened to everything she said, specifically on price, I probably would have sold my unit a lot sooner.
Over that time, Pam and I got to know each other pretty well and when it came time for me to buy a house she knew exactly what i was looking for and she acted quickly to find and get me my new home, which far exceeds my expectations.
Pam did such an amazing job with my transactions that she is also handling the sale of my parent's home and I have referred her to friends and family for all of their needs as well.
Every time i had a worry or a concern i would call or text Pam and she ALWAYS responded in a timely manner and was always willing to take my call. I often joked that I took up WAY too much of her time, but I know that it is in her nature to give as much as she can to make her client feel as good about their situation as possible. I also knew NOTHING about selling a home, so her knowledge and experience were invaluable. she recommended a lender that I really liked and an attorney that is now handling estate planning for both me and my parents.
Did I mention that she is also just a joy to be around? She is always positive, energetic and fun!
I would HIGHLY recommend Pam Jackson to anyone who needs to sell or buy a home.

I worked with Pam Jackson for about five months during the Pandemic with trying to sell my home and buy a new one. I have only good things to say about Pam. She is fun, down to earth and makes you feel like you are the only client that she has, which is not even close to the truth. She managed to sell my home during a difficult time and helped me with every aspect of the purchase of my new home. I love the new location and I am making this my forever home thanks to Pam.

Pam was so helpful to my husband and I finding our first home. She really listens to what you are looking , is very responsive, and explains every part of the process so well. We called her multiple times with questions and she always had a great attitude and was so helpful. She never makes you feel bad for asking questions, which we think is really important for the home searching and closing process. Thank you Pam for helping us close on our dream home!

Pam was so wonderful. She helped me sell my family home and downsize to a smaller ranch. She spent so much time researching home and townhomes to find just the right place for me. I was intimated by the whole process of selling and buying on my own, but having Pam felt like having a true partner in the whole process. Thank you Pam!

Moving our family to the Chicago area from out of state was a challenging process. Pam made it so much easier for our family. She was knowledgeable about the area, was super responsive, and was always on the lookout for new posted properties. She was patient with us as we have two young kids and were unsure of exactly which town we wanted to buy in. She helped us focus on what would be best for our family. I would highly recommend Pam to anyone wanting to buy or sell their home!

Pam was honest, responsive, flexible, and always available. She was always professional and flexible to accommodate our last minute schedule changes. During our home search process, she worked overtime searching for homes for us (at 10pm and weekends too). She really invested herself in our home search and ultimately found the home we had been searching for and now live in. She was patient with us during our very slow moving negotiation process and help us get a fair price on our dream home and close the deal! She got to know our kids and even helped watch them so we could get through our home inspection! Very hard working and an overall great person. Highly recommend Pam!!

You want the hardest working professional go the extra 3 miles well Pam is your agent
Pam and her team were awesome
Pam stuck it out to find me a home that had the stuff I was looking for
Pam showed me 46 homes some I did not like and pam learned who I was as a person and what I wanted she has an emotional bond with her clients
She showed me a house that I loved and I 0laced an order and it turned into a bidding war and I lost the bid 20 days later the other buyers deal fell apart and I was offered the property I accepted and two days later buyer pulled out of deal
Pam found me the perfect home and worked her tail off there was issues with the septic drawings and other things
Pam worked flawlessly to get me this home and got the deal done and got me closed on time
She is so special to me for all she has done and I would recommend her to anyone who wants that awesome get it done real estate agent to let her help you buy your dram house or sell your current house and buy a new one she rocks and is the best
