This longevity comes from a true desire in assisting buyers and sellers fulfill their goals in real estate. Raw Land is a very special property class. It is relatively easy to show a gourmet cook a wonderful commercial kitchen in a home and see their eyes light up. It’s more of a challenge to help a buyer realize the potential in a piece of raw land.
I am a Native Texan and live on a ranch in central Texas that has been in my family since the late 1800s. I served two terms on the Texas Farm and Ranch Land Conservation Council. I am a trained mediator and have volunteered in many community organizations over the past 30+ years.
