Pam is very knowledgeable about the area and connected us with the best inspectors and services as we went through the process of considering properties. We always felt she was looking out for our best interests. We couldn’t have asked for a better professional to help us and would definitely recommend her to anyone needing a great real estate agent. Pam Peterson was very professional at all times, yet at the same time personable and friendly. She kept us up to date daily on all the aspects of our sale. Pam provided all the information we needed to make informed decisions from listing to accepting the final offer. Pam is awesome! We worked with her when we needed to relocate from out of state to the Phoenix area during the pandemic. We spent one weekend together viewing properties and then flew home. Pam then toured properties with us via video for the next few weeks. She drove all over the valley to help us find the right home. Because of her, we ended up negotiating and buying a home off market. We relied on her judgment buying a house we had never seen. Very nerve wracking! Pam was down to earth, calm and reassuring. She listened to what we wanted and found us the home that checked all the boxes. She is also very proactive and helped us through the whole process. We love our new home and couldn’t have done it without her extra efforts. We highly recommend Pam!

My wife and I decided it was time to get out of the craziness of Los Angeles and head east to Arizona. I called our cousins for a relator referral. That's when we met Pam. My intentions were to purchase a home, however, Pam advised us to wait a year being the inventory is very small in the city of Gilbert. Pam advised us to lease for a year or two until the market opens up. I don't know many 100% commission relators who would advise not to buy right away. BRAVO for Pam! She found us our home in Gilbert and I must say, It's prefect. I gave Pam a 5 star review, only because it won't let me leave more.

Pam Peterson is a realtor we sought out to use! We were familiar with her expertise before when we were on the other end of a real estate transaction. It was evident to us that Pam does more than merely list a home, for she provides very detailed comps on the neighborhood, she is quick to respond and she is engaged with her clients more than the average agent. Pam knows the important behind the scenes points of selling a home. The critical knowledge concerning loans, negotiating a deal and all the aspects of closing the sale she does in a manner than put us at ease. We knew our best interests were her top priority.

Pam is a true professional with a keen attention to detail! My wife and I moved to Phoenix a year ago and met Pam while walking through a random open house. It only took a few minutes of conversation to decide that we would definitely trust Pam to assist us with finding a home. And that she did! Pam was amazing in finding the perfect homes and diligent in writing offers quickly and accurate! We ended up with a perfect little fixer upper in Ahwatukee. Pam left us with numerous excellent referrals that we utilized for our project and home maintenance. The whole experience was wonderful!

Ten months later we sold that home, and again worked with Pam to list it for us. Pam wrote up a very attractive listing and utilized a professional photographer that made the cute little home look like a million dollar estate! Thursday morning it went on the market, and by Friday mid day we had seven showings, five offers and an accepted offer ten thousand over our asking price! Our home sold for more than any other comparable in our neighborhood! The whole experience was absolutely wonderful!

We would refer Pam to ANYONE looking to buy or sell a home! Pam had our backs throughout both transactions, even fighting for us and saving us on repair costs on the sale! And to boot, we received awesome gift packages from her after both transactions. Pam is not just a Realtor, Pam is a friend that we plan to visit on our return trips to Phoenix!
