I have over 15 years of brokerage experience mainly within the beach resort community of Ocean Isle Beach, NC 28469. My husband, Milt Ward, and I have developed fractional properties at Ocean Isle Beach, and have marketed large tracts of land successfully. I am a certified NCREC pre-licensing, post-licensing, and CE instructor and enjoy taking students through the licensing process.
