Pamela Andrejev is a twenty-year veteran in the Triangle residential real estate industry. She covers the Wake Forest, Raleigh, Franklin and Durham county areas. Her zest for life is evident in her passion for her real estate business and her dedication to her clients. Pamela’s main focus is to relieve the stress her clients experience when purchasing or listing a home.
In addition to being their advisor with their real estate transactions, Pamela has made strong relationships with her clients who continue to seek her expertise time and time again, for which she is thankful.
The majority of Pamela’s business originates from referrals and relocations. Whether the market is at a high or a low, Pamela capably meets the needs of her clients every step of the way. Pamela’s specialties are relocation, historic homes, new construction, residential single family, condos and townhomes.
Born in Oklahoma, Pamela spent her formative years in Michigan working as a fashion merchandiser for JC Penney and as a retail manager for various fashion stores. She has always had a love for historic homes and real estate. While in college she managed a house full of college students, which happened to be a Victorian home just off campus. In the early 90’s after a visit to her aunt’s home in Raleigh, Pamela decided to make North Carolina her new home. After the move to the Triangle area Pamela followed her passion and made real estate her new career.
In her free time, Pamela volunteers for several organizations including Franklin County Arts Council where she is their Arts Development Team Leader. She also serves on the board of directors for the B.W. Wells Association and is chairperson for their membership committee. Pamela trains for and runs half marathons and is owned by two rescue cats, Angel and Shadow. She also enjoys yoga, painting and photography.
