Pamela was an amazing realtor! She helped me sell my house this past year and I truly could not have done it without her. She was prompt with all the meetings/deadlines, super informative and supportive and even goes the extra mile by helping me clean and prep the house for showings! She clearly loves what she does and has a niche for selling and helping you find your perfect home! I just want to take a minute to brag about the absolute BEST realtor EVER!

We had our house up for sale in Oct/nov 2022 and we had the worst experience with a different realtor. She was not trying to sell our house, she wasn’t even talking to the people interested in it. It was horrendous what she did and no one deserves to be treated like that. It was definitely a bad first experience with a realtor.

BUT THEN, Pamela Austin came along, an absolute miracle & a true gift from god.

Once I was out from the previous realty company, she started going over with me what we should do, the best options for us, her strategies and she was 100% with us the whole time. She marketed our house like crazy, she took tons of calls and she talked to every interested buyer/buyers realtor personally. She listened to us, like actually LISTENED & genuinely cared what he had to say.

Our home was sold & CLOSED on in 24 days , start to finish.

We didn’t have to do hardly anything, we moved most of our things out before listing it & it was in contract THE FIRST WEEKEND of it being on the market!

We were absolutely in shock. We absolutely just can not thank this woman enough for all the hard work , compassion, & willingness this woman has put in for us. When I came to her I was upset, in tears and had no clue what to do or where to go. She talked to me as a friend & really showed me what a good realtor is.
Did I mention she has the most genuine soul and the best personality ever? Well she does.

If you are wanting to sell your home or you’re even looking to buy a home. Don’t do it yourself, you’re not a realtor, you have no idea what you’re doing (speaking from experience). Pamela Austin is the best realtor around and if you want your house sold you better call her, I promise you will not be disappointed at all. Not only will you have your home sold/bought you’ll gain a new friend.
