Pamela Bass

Pamela Jackson Bass is a woman of faith, with a drive and determination to execute the God given vision to serve those with a passion to succeed in their career.
She is a businesswoman, multi-million-dollar real estate producer, and financial coach who balances her faith, career, and family. She is the CEO of Virtuous Realty Group, a 6-figure producing real estate and property management agency, CRJ Financial which is a financial literacy company dedicated to the empowerment and financial independence of our communities. She’s also the CFO of 4D Communications, a technical services company that provides commercial security, access control, telecommunications/networking, and community tech camps/programs to our youth; alongside her husband, Markee Bass.
Pamela is married to Markee Bass for 14 years; they have three very brilliant and ambitious children: Sederick, KeeMarion, and Kennidi, who also share the same go-getter attitude and love for people as their parents. Family is everything to Pamela and anytime she has free time, she enjoys spending it with her family making memories.
As one who is changing the culture and narrative of what it means to be a minority Millennial woman of faith in business, Pamela utilizes the sharing of her story, and her transparency on risk taking as an opportunity to connect with and support other business owners and businesses in the community.
Of all her accomplishments Pamela is most proud of the life she and her husband, Markee, built together and their three beautiful children.
