Pam has been specializing in residential properties. She is well-regarded in the industry for her diligence, professionalism and commitment to personal service. She has represented both buyers and sellers in Houston, Harris and Montgomery counties, and is very skilled in facilitating buyer and seller needs, including civilian and military relocations, new construction, and condos. Pam's clients appreciate her local community knowledge and communication and seasoned negotiation skills.
She agrees communication is one of the most important elements of the client-agent relationship, "Knowing the local community and market is only part of an agent's job, keeping my clients apprised of the latest developments in their home buying or selling process, especially when negotiating price, is the key to a smooth real estate transaction." Pam believes in full service for her clients and is always ready to supply information about market analysis, obtaining loans, home inspections, surveys, homeowners’ insurance, home warranties, and any other move-related information a buyer or seller needs. "If I don't have the information at hand, I'll get back to you with whom to contact."
Pam has served as a board member for her community HOA and is currently involved in The Woodlands Lions Club, fundraising for the Lions Eye Bank at Baylor University, local high school scholarships, path cleanup, and the Texas Lions Club Camp for disabled children. Our current club focus is buying a vision screening machine for early vision screening, ages 2+. In addition to being a Certified Relocation Specialist, Pam's educational achievements include a degree in Business Administration (BBA); Graduate, Real Estate Institute (GRI); Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE); and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS).
