Raised as the middle child in a family of 13 siblings, Par's real estate journey began early. She assisted her parents in managing and remodeling their diverse investment properties around the metro area, gaining a profound understanding of the market and a keen eye for potential.
In 1993, Par married her husband, and together they began remodeling homes and building a portfolio of investment properties. This practical experience laid the foundation for her expertise. In 2004, Par expanded her passion by owning and operating a successful mortgage and title company. By 2010, she became a licensed real estate professional, driven by the desire to help others navigate the complexities of buying and selling homes in the Saint Paul/Minneapolis metro area.
Par is committed to her clients, assisting 20-30 families each year in achieving their real estate dreams. She offers personalized guidance and expert advice. In 2010 she lost her husband tragically and now remarried to her husband with 5 step children (3 girls and 2 boys) blended family with her two boys and one girl, Par and her family reside in the heart of Saint Paul, near Phalen Lake, MN. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading, shopping, walking, and spending time with her family.
In addition to her real estate expertise, Par is a best-selling author, public speaker, radio talk show host, newspaper columnist, and entrepreneur. She has owned and operated multiple businesses, generating over $100 million in combined gross revenue. Her entrepreneurial spirit and dedication have positively impacted the lives of over 27,000 clients across Minnesota and the U.S.
Par's academic achievements include a bachelor’s degree in business and finance, computer information systems, and management information systems, all earned while raising her three children. After establishing herself in the mortgage industry, she founded 1st Pioneer Mortgage, which at its peak processed and closed averaging 130 loans per month, generating $12.5 million in annual revenue.
