Parker Richard, CCIM

Parker Richard, Development Associate and Property Manager, handles research and various property management tasks for our brokerage.

Parker has prior experience with industrial brokerage, residential & commercial property management. He grew up in Louisville, Kentucky and attended Indiana University and Trident Technical College where he studied Business Administration. He is a proud member of IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management). He is licensed as a South Carolina Real Estate Salesperson and is an Accredited Commercial Manager (ACoM).


In his spare time, he enjoys sports, hunting and cars. He also enjoys spending time with his girlfriend in West Ashley.
