Parsa earned his Bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas and went on to receive his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from UNT Health Science Center. He spent several years working in Austin’s healthcare system, helping patients recover from neurological and orthopedic injuries. This background honed his ability to listen closely, problem-solve under pressure, and guide people through complex decisions — skills he now applies every day in real estate to deliver a seamless and informed experience for his clients.

Having lived in several neighborhoods including Round Rock, East Austin, South Austin, Sunset Valley, Central Austin, and Northwest Hills, Parsa offers an intimate understanding of Austin’s many communities. In his free time, Parsa enjoys playing soccer, running along Town Lake, exploring local coffee shops, cheering on Austin FC, and coaching the UT Men's Club Soccer Team.
