Pat was a dream agent for us. We were selling a small bungalow used by our daughter and son-in-law while attending UCM. Pat was enthusiastic about the property and guided us in the price throughout the process. She was always in touch and always optimistic. She posted some great pictures of the property and marketed the property expertly. She sold the property in less that three months for a reasonable price for both the sellers and buyers and helped all parties through the intricate dance of selling and buying in a difficult market. My husband and I appreciated Pat's patience with us and persistence in helping us find our retirement dream home. We met Pat in August, 2019 and closed on a home January, 2021! After our first meeting, we knew she cared about what we were looking for. We were in Colorado and she sent us several listings. Then, when we came to Missouri, she went out of her way to show us potential homes. We had some trouble selling our house in Colorado but she stayed with us and was always kind and patient...never tried to push us into a home . I always refer Pat when I here someone is looking to sell or buy a home. She was awesome when we bought our home. I was really nervouse trying to buy a home in one state when I was living in another but Pat made it easy and was so dependable. My husband and I found Pat by chance and it turned out to be the best thing that could have happened. My husband is active duty military and we started our home search in MO very early. We had never been to the area and planned to make a stop in Warrensburg to look at some homes since we were passing through the area. Pat took the the time to show us around and show us houses for two days. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and so nice and friendly while working with us. At that time we didn't find a home that worked for us and decided to put the search off for a few months. Pat kept in contact with us and a year later we were ready to start looking again. Pat welcomed us back with open arms and enthusiasm. Our situation was unique because we lived outside of Missouri and on top of that my husband was out of the country serving a remote tour for the military. Pat was so accommodating in working with my limited schedule and took another four days to show me as many houses as we could fit in. She also took the time to take me around and show me what the town had to offer. She went above and beyond what I had expected from an agent. She was also able to find us the perfect home. When the process of completing the paperwork started, Pat was critical in pointing us in the right directions for lenders, insurance, etc. The process went very smoothly, especially since everything was completed with us living in a different state. Pat's office is also a participant of the Homes for Heroes program, which has special offers and discounts on services for military and public service members. Another great thing about this program is that the agent themselves, donate a percentage of their commission to a charity of your choice. It's a great way to get involved in the local community. This was very important to our family. All in all, my experience with Pat was wonderful. She treated us like family and made our foray into home ownership a pleasurable experience. I inquired about a property and he contacted me with in an hour about the details. He was very knowledgeable and extremely nice and very helpful! I would consider doing future business with him. Matter of fact, I would like to use him as my real estate agent, when I an ready to purchase ! I have been looking at several properties, all on the internet only, but I am only able to look at this time on the internet because I am live at this time in West Virginia, in hopes of relocating when I find the perfect property at the best price! At this time my fiance is not sure what office he will be working out of, either St Louis, or Kansas City. I do know it would have to have a minimum acreage of 40-50 acres of good hayfield and or pasture or both, more is always better, especially if the price is right! A home with minimum of 3 bedrooms, preferably a basement or store shelter. A wish list of a big kitchen, pantry, 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, barns, pasture, level to slightly rolling, family room, den, mud room, office. These are not mandatory, but a big plus! Anything horse or cattle is also a huge plus! But horse usually put the price up, and can be built cheaper than already existing, seems to be the normal! People think just because it is a horse property or has stalls or other things for horses, it is worth so much! I will not be fooled by this, like I said, it can be built cheaper! Please no double wides, or trailers unless the price is hard to pass up! They can always be moved or rented out! 04/05/2013 - katiespups

My husband is military and was stationed in Korea when we found out he had orders to Whiteman AFB. I found Pat online and she worked with me while I was still living in North Carolina! She helped us in so many ways! When we were finally able to purchase a home she was there and took us to several different houses in our price range and in the country like we wanted.
