Pat supports clients throughout the Boston area and south shore. She is a member of both the Massachusetts MLS and the Cape and Islands MLS. Pat carries several professional designations, including as a Seller Representative Specialist, Accredited Buyer Representative, Home Finance Resource certification, and a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES) by the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). Pat grew up in the Boston area where her father was real estate advisor. She has a great deal of knowledge about towns and cities in greater Boston, the South Shore and Cape Cod. Her history on the Cape began in Chatham at the age of five, and her memories and experiences here have instilled a life-long passion for the Cape. For over four decades, three generations of family members made their summer home in Chatham and built memories that have lasted life-times.
Pat and her husband John, of Kinlin Grover Compass commercial division, live in Cotuit and have three adult children and two grandchildren, Benny and Brynn. Pat loves golf and boating, and is active in both the Cotuit and Mashpee communities, and at her local parish. She is a proud BC alumnus from a family of BC Eagles, and is an active member of the Boston College Alumni Cape Cod Chapter.
