Pat Flanagan

Pat spent his youth traveling across the U.S., moving from one Air Force base to another. After his father retired, his family settled in Hendersonville, NC, where he grew up.

He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Western Carolina University and later obtained a Master’s in Business from Pfeiffer University in Misenheimer, NC. After completing his education, Pat and his wife relocated to the Raleigh area, where he built a successful career buying and selling businesses and homes.

With experience as an owner, operator, and manager across multiple industries—including manufacturing, restaurants, B2B services, and retail—Pat developed deep expertise in business operations, location selection, and market valuation for both commercial and residential properties.

His passion for real estate and continued education led him to become a Realtor/Broker/Owner, now proudly affiliated with Century 21 Providence, Triangle Collective and Family.
