Pat and his whole team at Mission Realty Group are the absolute best. I bought and sold me first home with them and they were helpful every step of the way! Pat made sure to explain every part of buying and selling a home in an easy to digest manner and the process was so easy! I wouldn't recommend anyone else for buying or selling a home!

Pat was an awesome agent for us. We went through the pandemic trying to find a house and it was tough. Especially when I lived 2 hours away and it was difficult to see some of the houses. Pat explained every little detail and made buying our 1st house very manageable. It was overwhelming at times but he was there to calm us down and work through it. 5 stars hands down!

Pat Fuller is a professional and the best in the field. He is patient, and incredibly knowledgeable with VA loan. Below are the pros and Cons from our experience

*PRO*
-Training on buying a house. That also includes understanding the contract terms, deadlines and what to expect. As a first time buyer that was very important to us.
-Easy access. With Mr. Pat we were able to reach him any time of the day or week.
-Reputation. This may sound strange but having a Ferrari is different from a FIAT. He is the Ferrari and everyone wants a Ferrari.
-Professional. It really doesn’t matter how many properties we saw or how far we traveled to see a property, Pat was always there first and ready to go. He gave us plenty of professional advice that aided us in selecting a property.
-Negotiator. Negotiated down our purchase price by 10k. Will definitely never forget that.
-Post purchase. We received post purchase gifts like welcome home gifts, Thanksgiving gifts etc.

*CONS*
- Can’t think of any maybe on our next purchase because we are definitely going with Mr. Pat.

Working with Pat was such a great experience. My husband and I were first time home buyers and Pat made our experience easy and fun. At our first meeting we talked out all the details and he was straight up front with us. He always had our best interest in mind and always made sure we were understanding the process and the details of what a house was offering. He was very patient with us even after we changed the location we were looking at about 80 miles in a different direction. When we found the house we wanted to buy he made sure to keep us in the loop and helped us get the best deal possible. It has now been four years since we bought our home and Pat still checks in and sends gifts that makes us feel special and feel like more than just a client. Pat and his team are amazing.
