Pat had a tough situation to handle with me and was wonderful! I HAD to sell my house in a week to be able to keep my contract on my future house. We started the process of selling my house on a Thursday and it was photographed and had an open house that weekend. We had a contract by Monday! She was calming and reassuring every step along the way and answered all of my questions. She is the realtor I would recommend to anyone that needs one!
