Pat Heiser

Pat Heiser is a knowledgeable, motivated, and diligent Commercial Real Estate agent. Pat is a lifelong Lincoln resident specializing in commercial real estate sales and leasing of retail, office, industrial, investment, and multifamily properties.


Prior to coming to LINE Partners, Pat had been a top-performing sales producer with a 12-year record of achievement in consultative sales in the Healthcare industry; working with large Integrated Health Systems, private medical practices, and Ambulatory Surgery Centers.


Pat graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a degree in Business Administration. He is active in the community and has been involved in numerous volunteering and charitable programs.
