Patricia “Pat” Lee knows what sells. A self-starter who ran her own staging company, Pat has wowed many sellers with her ability to achieve the best possible returns. And while the majority of her clients are looking to divest, she’s certainly no stranger to helping first-time buyers and investors find the perfect property at an unbeatable price.

Pat’s first exposure to the real estate industry came while helping her parents manage properties they owned in San Francisco, and her dad convinced her to pursue a career in the field after earning her MBA from Golden Gate University. Pat has been a licensed real estate salesperson since 2005 and a licensed broker associate since 2014. Her many years working in the market, and a lifetime living in San Francisco, bring a wealth of added value to the insights she can offer.

While residential transactions are her specialty, Pat also has commercial sales experience through time spent as an agent with Marcus & Millichap. In addition to her MBA, Pat holds a bachelor’s degree in business from St. Mary’s College.
