She has lived in the Bay area for over 40 years and have spent more than twenty of those years in the real estate industry. Patrice attended college for three years, majored in Liberal Arts and have attended numerous real estate seminars. She worked in corporate facilities and trade industry construction for 14 years and have valuable input and resources for updating or remodeling your home.

Patrice is very involved in the community as a volunteer at my Church, Jubilee Christian Center, during the preparation and giveaways for back to school backpacks, Thanksgiving meals and Christmas food and gifts that the Church collects for and gives back to the community. She has also served on various committees for the local Board of Realtors including RSVP; helping in the Los Gatos Community and shopping for their office contribution to Operation Reindeer Christmas program.

Personally, Patrice is very interested in sports. She has enjoyed many Giants games over the years and also enjoyed watching her son play baseball throughout his 22 years of life! He is a senior at Chico State University and still playing baseball. Patrice also enjoy attending Warrior and 49er games.
