Being a University of Texas graduate, and having lived numerous places in the Austin area for over 2 decades, Patrice is knowledgeable of the surrounding areas, local events, and many activities. Patrice has found that her greatest professional and personal successes is in assembling strong relationships, as she focuses on giving her best in every endeavor to surpass other’s expectations. Her approach is centered around a “client-first” philosophy to encourage and deliver a sense of deep satisfaction.

When not working with clients and friends, Patrice and her husband enjoy entertaining, cruising the lake, hiking, and traveling to new places to explore and experience new adventures. Patrice believes in giving back to the community, and she volunteers for many non-profit fundraising arenas including Austin Smiles; Austin Loaves and Fishes; Crisis Pregnancy Center; Colton’s Hope; Suicide Awareness & Project SemiColon. In addition, she supports numerous local art fundraisers and countless music events.

Patrice’s desire and goal is to make the entire real estate process stress free, because having not only lived in Texas and several states, she has also lived in Italy and Canada, and knows from personal experience the pressures that moving can bring. She finds there is no better measure of success than the happiness and satisfaction to her clients, friends and family.
