Patrice Hammill

Patrice Hammill is a native of St. Petersburg, FL and holds a BS in Marketing and Accounting from Barry University and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Tampa. Her thorough understanding of today's market and marketing challenges is a benefit to buyers and sellers alike. As an agent for Keller Williams Gulfside, Patrice has benefited from training coaching and masterminding with many of the top agents in Pinellas County and beyond. The support network that she has, not only in the Gulfside office but throughout the Keller Williams family, has been vital to her success. In addition to the ongoing education she receives from KW, Patrice has earned the designation of GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute) and PSA (Pricing Strategy Analyst). She has closed over 28 million dollars in sales since 2016 and has successfully sold 100% of her listings taken. Outside of KW and Real Estate, Patrice serves on the Board of Directors of ALPHA House of Pinellas County Inc., a program for homeless women and girls in crisis pregnancy situations. When not working on behalf of her valued clients, Patrice enjoys spending time with her family and dogs. Most of the time, you will find her at a School of Rock event, watching her son play the drums. On occasion, you may find Patrice with a microphone in her hand for a little Karaoke.
