Before transitioning to real estate, Patrice received her undergraduate degree at the University of Southern California and worked as a Client Associate at Merrill Lynch in Beverly Hills. A proud mother of three college educated sons and a business owner, she has an informed perspective on the culture and communities of Santa Monica, Malibu, Venice, the Pacific Palisades and surrounding areas. Since her children attended the Los Angeles unified school system, Patrice has hands-on experience and informed knowledge of local schools.
