Patricia is an exceptional realtor and brings her years of experience in the professional industry to the real estate world. She goes above and beyond for her customers that normal realtors would not do. I've seen her clean a home left dirty by a seller before her buyer moves in and give up her time to make sure that every detail is perfect for her customers. She is a hard negotiator and really understands her market. She has won offers for her customers against other agents because of her reputation and the team she surrounds herself with to get the job done. My husband and I decided to sell our house. So we started looking and going to open houses. The first open house we wanted to go to was not open yet, the realtor was running late. The house next it was also having an open house. We decided to go to that one first, well when we walked in we met Patty! She gave us time to talk and walk around. We talked for a bit, answered some questions and we were on our way. Later that day I called Patty and the rest is history. We are so thankful and grateful for what she has done for us. She sold our house within two months (start to finish), and found our dream home. Patty is for her customers all the way. Patty was with us through every step and explained all the questions we had. I was referred to Patricia “Patty” Barthlow to sell my home from family. Patty exceeded my expectations at every turn! Never was there a hiccup that she wasn’t prepared for with a solid contingency plan. You have heard people address a problem with “I’ve got a guy…” Well Patty has “a dependable guy for any issue”. She sat down at the beginning and discussed the process and possibilities. She staged the house so well I didn’t want to move. She had professional pictures done, actively marketed, and held open house, providing feedback the entire time. If she works with Robin to stage your home, that experience is a bonus because they are amazing to watch work together. She even went to check on the home before inspection and pulled weeds at the front, so it looked the best. Patty is for her customers all the way! I met patty as a realtor and finished the process with a dear friend. She looked out for us through the process like she was family. Never did I need Patty that she didn’t either answer my call right away or call me back almost immediately. Anyone who tells you that a realtor is not worth the fee, hasn’t met Patty. I would and will recommend Patty to any of my closest friends and family. She makes you feel like her only client from day one to closing. Thank you again Patty!

Throughout my entire experience, Patty was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond. She continually kept in communication with me and went out of her way to immediately answer any questions I may have. She is extremely professional and has a huge network of resources she can connect you with for any needs you may have. Having purchased four homes in the past, we can unequivocally state Patty Barthlow is the best realtor we have ever worked with. From the initial effort to provide us with listings of houses for sale that met our criteria through the final closing, her support and guidance made what can be a difficult process as smooth and uneventful as one could hope for. Simply stated, Patty makes you feel like you are her only client. She helped us evaluate choices by providing information that allowed us to make objective decisions. We could not be more pleased!
We could not be more pleased with out first experience purchasing a home. Patty was warm, welcoming, friendly and made the process easier than I could have ever imagined it being. I promise we were not the perfect clients either! We weren't even sure what type of property we wanted; condo, townhouse, detached with acreage or a small lot. I'd say she had her hands full with us but I never detected a note of frustration. Patty was very responsive to both email and text and happy to answer any question we had. She had a knowledge of the areas we were looking in and was very resourceful in sending us properties and narrowing down our search. Patty left no detail unturned and no question unanswered. Patty is genuinely one of the best people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. My fiancé and I thought that we were going to be stuck renting for another year until we attended a seminar held by Patty and an amazing loan officer that she works closely with, Kayla Tyer. They both made us confident in purchasing a home. From there, we met for lunch and Patty took note of every single feature we couldn't live without. We had an initial sit down to talk about neighborhoods, our budget, etc. and she worked to put together a plan that felt to us, personalized and yet so professional. Something that two nervous first-time home sellers appreciated so much.
Besides her sharp professionalism and attention to detail, she brought personality and humor every time we saw her. She took us to see countless homes and even signed us up for several real estate websites.

I was impressed with Patricia the first time we met. I mentioned that I was in the market and she immediately created a search for me and reached out periodically to see if I was happy with the results. We tweaked the search multiple times as I narrowed my area. She was most accommodating to my work schedule and I would highly recommend her to anyone.
