Patricia Bell

Pat’s goal is to find the right house for each family when she is working with buyers. She believes she can quickly identify what a buyer is seeking.

For her sellers, Pat does whatever it takes to sell their home: Internet enhancements, open houses, advertising, prompt follow-up on showings. She stays in touch with her clients every step of the way.

Pat was Born and raised in Wilmette, Illinois where she was a third-generation graduate of New Trier High School in Winnetka, Illinois. She has been a Lake County resident for 32 years, Wilmette resident for 27 years. She is married to her husband, George Bell, who was raised in Glenview Illinois and is also a New Tier graduate. She has three children: Jeff, Lisann, and Marne. Her hobbies and interests include golf, spin classes, yoga, walking, reading, and animal welfare (she has three dogs!) In her spare time, she also volunteers at Condell Medical Center in Libertyville, IL.
