Local knowledge:  Process expertise:  Responsiveness:  Negotiation skills:  Combines knowledge, responsiveness and is friendly. Patti met us to determine our needs and price budget. In addition, she offered to show us alternatives in case we weren't set on a townhouse solution. When we didn't like a place, we just moved on without resistance.

Local knowledge:  Process expertise:  Responsiveness:  Negotiation skills:  My wife and I moved to the Cleveland area over the summer from Colorado and were connected with Patti through our Colorado realtor. When we started the search process, we weren't quite sure exactly which area we wanted to look in, Patti did a great job of showing us a variety of houses around the east side of Cleveland. Once we found a house we wanted to put an offer on, Patti did a great job of communicating with us and the selling party. Although the seller's realtor was very difficult to work with, Patti was very professional and constantly kept us in the loop throughout the purchasing process. It was a pleasure to work with Patti through the process and I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking at buying a house on the east side.Less 
