Patricia Campbell

As a mother to three daughters, Tricia recognizes the importance of the right neighborhood and the right house to call “Home”. A Colorado resident for over 30 years, Tricia has called the South Metro area home where she raised her daughters, navigating both public and private schools. Over the years, she has watched many of Denver’s neighborhoods and adjacent communities evolve and shares this knowledge with her clients to help them understand the intricacies that make each community unique. Knowing the right questions to ask and then listening to the answer, helps Tricia identify and understand her clients’ needs to help them make the best decision for their family and lifestyle. “Each family has a list of must-haves for their lifestyle, and my job is to identify the home and area that best suits their needs,” Tricia firmly believes. Originally from California, Tricia understands local moves as well as the out of state relocation. With over 20 years of real estate experience, coupled with her firsthand experiences centered around family, Tricia has the knowledge and compassion to help with her client’s real estate needs. Outside of real estate, Tricia is a great resource on enjoying everything Colorado has to offer! When she is not helping her clients, Tricia loves to escape to the mountains to hike, bike and ski with her family, and has a passion for travelling.
