Patricia DeNoyer

Patricia DeNoyer has been a full-time Realtor since 1983 offering buyers and sellers a professional approach to the real estate transaction. She works out of the Evanston Central Street office of Coldwell Banker, the #1 real estate company in Evanston. Patricia works primarily throughout the North Shore (Evanston, Wilmette, Kenilworth, Winnetka, Glencoe, Highland Park, Skokie, Glenview) and the north side of Chicago.

Patricia DeNoyer has been helping buyers and sellers, of all ages, in many different real estate transactions: single family homes, condominiums, townhomes, vacant land, apartment buildings, and most recently, short sales.
For more than eight years, Patricia DeNoyer also worked with a developer of new condominiums in Evanston. For three of those years she ran a boutique real estate office that marketed his Evanston properties as well as other real estate. She has been involved in the marketing of over 500 new condominiums in Evanston. Patricia is adept with floor plans and helps make suggestions for changes based on the needs of the customer.
Personal Background

Patricia DeNoyer was born and raised in England and moved to Chicago in 1969. She now lives in a condominium in downtown Evanston with her husband. They have two adult children, one living in London and the other in Chicago. Both children attended what is now Pope John XXIII School and then Evanston Township High School. She was an active volunteer during the grade school years, and was active in and then President of the ETHS Booster Club. She was also a member of the ETHS Athletic Hall of Fame Board for several years.
Patricia enjoys reading, going to plays and movies, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
