Patricia Hannula

She is a graduate of Northeastern Illinois University and has earned credentials in design and marketing. She worked at a consulting and engineering firm in Elgin for 13 years as Marketing Coordinator. She regularly works with home buyers and sellers and has experience in a wide variety of transactions, including representing first-time home buyers and working with short sales and foreclosures. In 2016, was my first year in real estate, she closed 27 real estate transactions, making her one of the top producers in the area. She has continued to be a multi-million producer year after year and has remained a leader in the tri-cities. She has formed a team with Neighbor and Friend, Jordan Mansk. The Platinum Group of Great Western Properties is active in the community, Women’s Council, and among other networking and Realtor organizations keeping their names and client needs at the forefront of what they do. Patti lives in Elgin with my son Crosby and enjoys coaching and playing volleyball. She has a competitive drive at home and work, hustled and earned her respect among the industry and a reputation to get things done.
