Patricia Haverstick

Patty developed her love of real estate early on, spending weekends with her father, a real estate appraiser, walking properties.
She grew up in Spring Lake, attending St. Catherine's Grammar School, then graduated from Mt. St. Mary's Academy in North Plainfield. She received her B.A. from the College of Boca Raton with a major in Sociology. Patty attended Mort School of Business and Real Estate in Boca Raton. An opportunity to work in the travel industry brought her back to New Jersey. With years of customer service and computer skills, she believed it was time to follow her dream and focus on what she loved. Patty returned to her real estate roots when she attained her NJ Real Estate license in 1995 and her Broker's license in 1999. Patty's real estate career flourished on Third Avenue in Spring Lake. She was associated with a national real estate company for the last 14 years where she was a consistent Million Dollar + sales agent. To continue her love of making the deal, and creating the perfect match of people and properties, she joined Ward Wight Sotheby's International Realty in Manasquan.
