When I moved to NC I didn't know anyone other than sister and her family. The second person I met was Patricia, as a traveling man I can say she is on the level. She found me a house to rent, that worked out perfectly.
In March of this year she found me the perfect house home to purchase with 2.5 acres in my budget. She arranged professional inspectors and they found out the septic was in bad shape. Patricia got on the phone with the seller and they paid to have the septic replaced.
She is more then a realtor to me she has become a member of my family.
This is my second home purchase and the difference between the first time I bought a home and now are night and day.
I honestly don't know where I would be without here.
