This review comes about a month after we moved into our new home that Pat painstakingly helped and guided us to this past summer. With a crazy market, a tight deadline, and some specific requests we had, Pat was the kind, honest, and supportive expert we needed. I called Pat cold and explained our situation and she even help us find a realtor to sell our house and provided her expert and spot-on advice as we sold and worked with her to buy. As first time sellers/buyers, we needed her and she was more than generous with her time and knowledge. Moving is hard but Pat makes it easier every step of the way and we are grateful for her. Should we have to move again, Pat is the first call I'm making.

Mrs McGowan is the consummate professional. She went beyond to help us prepare our home for sale, including supervising some furniture removal when we were not available. She tirelessly worked to help us find a new home when our home sold in 2 days. We appreciates her advice regarding home staging, a real estate attorney and best places to move. Patricia is a hard worker. She pays attention to detail. She learns your likes and dislikes and brings listings your way that meet your needs. She went with us for months sometimes looking at 3-6 listings per day. She made time for us and found us the house we wanted for the price we wanted. We were working with rare air and didn’t know it until the end. We appreciate all she did for us to find us a happy home.

Being a first time homebuyer is very intimidating. There is so much that went into purchasing a home, I felt extremely underprepared but thankfully Pat was there to guide my fiancé and me through the process. Having a reliable and knowledgeable agent is key, and she exceeded all expectations. Her expertise was critical when we were viewing homes; she pointed out concerns we would have overlooked. Then when moving into negotiations, she continued to offer guidance and share her suggestions without making us feel overwhelmed and after all the back and forth, we landed in a much better position than excepted and I owe that all to Pat. All of her contact recommendations for inspections, attorneys, etc. we’re fantastic as well.
