Patty was strongly recommended by several of my family members who were very pleased in purchasing their homes with her as their realtor. At each step in the process, she remained actively engaged in promptly answering all of our questions concerning the RE process and our peripheral concerns (utilities, RE taxes, water/sewer ... lawn care needs).

Purchasing a home was particularly difficult in this housing market cycle. As a result, we failed a number of times in the bidding process. We are grateful for her creatively formulating and executing the successful plan which lead to our important purchase.
