Patricia “Patty” Seyffert has focused on the apartment side of real estate for her entire career. She began as an institutional investor, focusing on acquisitions, dispositions and portfolio management for a NYC-based multifamily fund. Patricia also spent several years investing in residential real estate on behalf of an international family office. She has completed transactions totaling over $1bn. Given her diverse background, Patricia brings a wealth of talent, resources, and knowledge to her clients. Equally important, she understands that, while this may be your home, it is also likely one of your largest investments. Thus, she is adamant that the utmost care be taken with respect to understanding your needs, being available and responsive, and helping you make a sound investment decision.
Patricia has lived in several neighborhoods of NYC, including the East Village, the West Village, Tribeca, and Columbus Circle. Each move has helped her learn a new part of the City, and remind her of the past treasures. And for those still undecided as to locations within NYC, she has a wealth of diverse experiences to help you make your decision. Patricia was raised in a real estate family, which allowed her to grow up between Newport Beach, CA and Tokyo, Japan. She has also spent a few years as an adult living in London. With many international moves under her belt, she is particularly well suited to help international re-locaters find the perfect home here in New York City.
Patricia graduated from Middlesex School in Concord, MA, after which she received a BA in Economics and Art History from Georgetown University and a MS in Real Estate Finance from NYU. She resides in the Columbus Circle area with her husband and two children. In her free time, she enjoys nearly anything food-related, watching her children play sports, and traveling to old and new places. She has visited over 40 countries and is looking forward to the next 40!
