As we were interested in purchasing a second home 1100 miles away from our primary residence, we were unfamiliar with any local real estate agents. Patricia Starkey was referred to us by a realtor in our home state of Massachusetts. We could not have been more pleased; Patricia is a gem of a real estate agent and a wonderful person. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly and caring. She went above and beyond our expectations in helping us locate and purchase a home and coordinate all of the necessary components involved.
