In reality, Pat goes all out for her clients and has placed them in Gainesville, Tallahassee, Jacksonville, Orlando, Palm Bay, Citrus County, Palm Beach and Miami. In essence, she ensures that her clients never feel neglected or forgotten. In return, her devoted clients remain with her and keeps her client roster expansive with constant referrals.

Originally from Jamaica, Pat has lived in New York and New Jersey before relocating to Florida. Knowing her generous nature, her friends and family from those distant places chose her when they need a realtor’s service, confident in the high level of service she provides to all. As a result, Pat is usually included in the Million Dollar Club.

A devoted mother and grandmother, Pat is nevertheless fun loving and the first to ‘turn-up’ at social events.
