Patty was an outstanding agent to work with. She was detail-oriented, clearly knew the ins and outs of home buying, and explained the full process to me in a way that made me feel informed and comfortable. She did a great job refining the search for places that met my criteria, she kept me in the loop for every step of the process, and maintained regular communication via texts and calls for check-ins. At showings she had a sharp eye in assessing the situation and helping me see things I otherwise would have missed. I chose to work with Patty because we worked together in another field years ago, and the same high level professionalism she showed then she applies towards real estate today. I'm grateful for her help and highly recommend her as an agent.

Patricia did an outstanding job, helping me to sell my mom's house. She made several recommendations about what needed to be done, and then kept in touch, checking on how I was doing, and really keeping me on track to get the house listed in a timely manner. She handled all the details once we had an offer, dealing with the other realtor & buyers, and lawyers. She made a tough situation (selling my mom's house) really easy, and we got top dollar in the sale. I give Patricia the highest recommendation, she really knows how to do this job and was supportive throughout the experience. She also went over and above what she needed to do, for example I couldn't find a house cleaner and Patricia did the cleaning herself so that we could get photos done and get the house listed. Patricia and her team are beyond wonderful. I have been looking for a home for over a year and she was there for any last minute viewings. She answered any and all questions and made me feel at ease. Patricia is, without a doubt, one of the best real estate agents out there. She helped us list and sell a home in an extreme crunch and did so while also into account our emotional attachment to the place (it had been my mother's childhood home)-never being too pushy and taking great care to make what was a difficult process for my mother an easy one. Did I mention she got us a price far above what other agents told us to list at? Patricia knows the market AND people and it shows. Could not recommend her strongly enough.

Patricia has been a great help to me and my boyfriend getting our first house! She was highly recommended from our lender and I can see why. During our first call, she was very thorough with the home buying process and made it easy and clear to understand all the steps involved and estimated costs. After this initial conversation, we knew we wanted to have Patricia as our agent. She set time up to go over the site she uses and was thorough with that process and reviewing some of these listings. She took notes of what we wanted and liked in a house so it I appreciated her listening and being focused to find us our house. We had 4 houses to see together and we fell in love with the first one! Talked it over at the end and we put in an offer which was accepted quickly. Still in the middle of the process but I have been very pleased with Patricia's professionalism, thoroughness, patience, availability to help, and her follow ups and check ins during the process. I enjoyed working with Patricia and highly recommend her as a Realtor! She asked me what I was looking for, my budget, my priorities, and asked follow up questions that I did not think of. She took the time to look and call all the West Loop apartments to find the pricing, list of amenities, and if they would be a great fit for me. She created a spreadsheet with all the upcoming buildings we would be looking at. In this spreadsheet, the price, square footage, amenities, and etc. was included. She was always available by phone or text and answered any questions I had! During the showings, I admired that Patricia took pictures and videos of the properties, which helped me remember what the property rentals looked like. I highly recommend working with Patricia. She is ON TOP of her work! Not once did she let us down. She was always there to support us in anyway possible. She is very professional and knows what she is doing. The funniest memory I can think of when looking for our home was walking into a smelly house that was BEAUTIFUL!! I could not believe how smelly the house was because it was so beautiful inside and out. What I admire most about working with Patricia is her commitment! The best way I can describe both meeting and working with Patricia is “Professional Fate!” I began the search process for a new home without a realtor, relying on third-party real estate services such as Redfin and Zillow. While touring a home in the Little Italy neighborhood that Patricia was hosting, “I took the bait” and put my signature on the sign-in sheet where Patricia wasted no time to follow-up and gain a better sense of my needs and what type of homes I would be interested in. Patricia is a very intent listener and did a phenomenal job of not only proposing showings of homes that would meet my standards, but also thoroughly researching the homes and preparing materials for me to review in advance of the visits as well.

While the search process was not too extensive (two months), it was indeed thorough and as the journey progressed, it was quite clear that Patricia and I functioned as a team. While we would disagree at times, the professionalism and loyalty on both sides never wavered. Patricia always remained focused on finding the perfect home for me and my commitment to ensure her professional success became equally important also.

Now that I have been in my new home for just over a month now, I never would have imagined that I could love the home more than I did more than I did when I first moved in. I am a big believer that people enter your life for a reason. Without question meeting Patricia in November 2019 was indeed Professional Fate and there is no doubt in my mind she will be a life-long friend. Patricia Jamrozowicz is world class and I HIGHLY endorse her as a realtor. Not choosing to work with Patricia would simply be a mistake.
