Patricia Yorks

She is a native of the Minnetonka area and have lived on Lake Minnetonka since 1970. They raised their two beautiful children there and now they have five wonderful grandchildren who are enjoying the lake. They absolutely love the lake. She has both a bachelors and a master’s degree from the University of MN and started her career in the commercial design industry, specializing in architectural lighting. Since 1974 she has built a successful career on listening to people’s needs, wants, desires, and being able to quickly interpret what they are saying. The design background gives her incredible vision. It gives her focus and the ability to help the client envision how the home will work for them and the potential that a home has. She is a visionary, very perceptive and a great listener. She enjoys problem solving and creative challenges. Most importantly, she is extremely patient and a good communicator. Seventy-five percent of her business is Lake Minnetonka lakeshore with the remaining 25% being in the western suburbs.
