Patricia was a pleasure and a blessing to work with!!! words cannot describe how satisfied we were with her immaculate work once again. We had known Patricia for few years now, and we couldn’t reach out to another realtor other than her to do the work. As a matter fact the house we just sold is the same house we bought through her back in 2003. She’s an outstanding agent to work with, she’s very skilled, patient, and good listener, very candid who always provided great feedback, helped explain clearly all details and managed the actual sale negotiation brilliantly. In addition she was always responsive to every one of my questions and concerns, no matter how small or silly, she was always there for us in “every step” from the get go, during, and even after the house purchase had closed, she always went above and beyond under any unforeseen and expected issue or situation, she always had the answer and solution for everything.

There is an ease about the way, in which Patricia connects and conducts herself even amidst all the stress that comes with negotiating such an important personal transaction. Particia was the best relator we could have every asked for. Very professional always on point with everything, even kept us motivated and reminded us we were going to find the one. Always gave us good advice being that we were first time home buyer’s explained every in detail. Our realtor Patricia Zuniga has been exceptional throughout the entire process. She answered all questions we had about buying our first house. She got us in to see the houses we were interested in and even though she has multiple clients it always felt as if we were her only client. She was very attentive and was always very responsive. Patricia, was the best realtor we ever had. We had a horrible experience trying to sell our Condo for a whole year with a different Agent. After so many failed pending state, we fired our agent and hired Patricia. Patricia promised she could sell our Condo. Within a week time, we started to get viewing. After 4 months, Patricia was able to sell our Condo and help us buy our new home. The best part of Patricia is the sound advice she provided, she is always optimistic, great encourager, and always focus as well as realistic. We truly love working with her. We sold our home very quickly with Patricia Zuniga! It was definitely a different experience with all the new COVID-19 regulations but she talked us through everything and gave us seller and buyer expectations. The only reason I gave a 4 star and not a 5 star was because we ended up having to do all the showings personally due to a COVID exposure to Patricia, which was uncontrollable, but inconvenient none the less. Once her quarantine was over she was very hands on and responsive to our needs.

Patricia patiently and proactively assisted us over a 2 year period to transition from Denver to Brentwood. When we arrived and the three homes we wanted to look at went under contract a few hours before our appointments, we were devastated.
